A new feature have been implemented to aid those who want to upload a large number of images and MR forms.

Using this feature, one can upload a csv file containing the details for each image, according to a specified format, and the corresponding images.

This feature presumes the use of FTP Upload.

Uploading a CSV file to your account, one for images and one CSV file for the MR Forms, each containing details for images and MR Forms, you can populate the Unfinished section with complete information for each uploaded image, the same can be said for each Model Release.

More information in the tutorial below.

IMPORTANT: It is mandatory that this feature should only be used by those with large amounts of images and mr forms destined for uploading

The csv file has to be formatted using the rules specified in the template files provided in the tutorial below.

The tutorial:

Links to the tutorial have been added to the FtpUpload page in management area:

New CSV files for MR forms (by clicking on the "Export to csv" link right near the Actions column) and Upload History (the same near the Status column).

Also the Unfinished Section has been upgraded.

Now it features checkboxes for each image with completed information, you can select which of these images you can submit for reviewing, all in one step.

Remember to check "I agree with the Term and Conditions" before submission.

If we fill out this new file, do the images go straight to Pending or do they still go to the Unfinished Section?

Also, does the CSV file have to be uploaded at the same time as the images?

Those changes apparently broke old submission form.

In old form if I had too many words and try to submit – it would throw pop-up.

Now it writes on the top of the page that I have too many words and

1. Resets already selected MR to nothing

2. Reloads all words from IPCT - so all changes I’ve just made are lost :)

@William87: If it says "The image title is missing or too short" then you have to write a more descriptive title for the image id the error was reported.

as already said, this error is reported for the .csv file I've uploaded to the ftp folder. i've uploaded it into the main folder, is it right? does it require a specific name!?

As already said, the CSV file reports an error for the image with an incomplete field description, it should say: "The image title is missing or too short" ImageID, please rectify the problem to the pointed id and then try again.

Waiting for your feedback

You have to upload both the images and the csv together.

ehm... i'm me...again... but i think there are some more issues...

first of all, all images are recognized as editorial, setting the editorial field as 0,1 or leaving it blank will always produce the same result: editorial!

in addition to that, for some other files, it seems that some fields are populated but some others, belonging to the same file, are not populated.

i'm making some more test...

ps: am i the only one trying to use csv!?

another issue:

fields w-el and p-el are randomly populated, sr-el and sr-price never setted, even where all others info are well populated
