There seems to be a problem with the uploaded files, they just won't show in the uploaded section. I've tried both FTP and upload directly from this site, none worked so far, and it's been a couple of hours since I hit the button, anyone else experiencing the same problem?

What do you mean? When I upload a file it goes first to unfinished section, doesn't it? And this section now says no images found,
Normally there was a delay of a few to several minutes but now it's like few hours, and my files have not yet landed there :-(

Same here. But they are not lost. They are still in the ftp folder and will probably be in the unfinished section soon.

Probably says "Image not processed yet" for your files.

There defiantly seems to be a delay. I have three files I uploaded a few hours ago and I'm still waiting for them to show in the unfinished section. As long as your upload history shows your files as not processed yet then the files are in the computer and it will just take time for them to get to the unfinished section.

Just be patient they'll show.

Due to a hardware upgrade there is a delay in processing uploaded files. No files have been lost, and we should be back to the usual quick processing as soon as the queue is cleared.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

At least the pending line is decreasing. Down to 62k images now.

No images lost yet but we're closing 24 hours of sitting between uploading and appearing in "Unfinished Files"

Must be pretty tough server failure...

I have about 20 files I uploaded about 18 hours ago, and they are still not in the unfinished section. FTP upload history just says "image not processed yet."

Any news on getting this fixed? Admin?

As I said above, there is a pretty big queue at the moment, we're expecting things to get back to normal in the next 24 hours. Your files will be imported.
