Help:How to get the picture of camera's body related?

Steven17
Hello,
I need to write some describtion for explaning some basic skills to handle camera. I find somebody inserted some pictures in their blog which are from camera itself, to say, the pictures from monitor manu setting screen, such as the shuttle setting, the mode, white balance etc, and some of them are from the focus glass board inside, like the focus points liseted with red color.
in short, look at the pictures below, how can I get them, don't tell me to use another camera to take these:), I think there are should be some software to do this job.

Sincerely I have no idea, with today cameras and even a smartphone it seems much easier to just take a picture of the display with another device.
