It is being used to represent someone's Facebook account.
What can I do about this? And if it had been paid for, would that still be an acceptable usage? Thanks. |

There is a green button 'Report misuse' at your profile page (at the right part, in 'Contributors Area'). I guess it's a best way to report the problrm to support. |

and use your snipping tool and save a copy of that FB page if you have Vista with the snipping tool, maybe that evidence will come in handy someday... that's really weird |

I have filed a copyright infringement report with facebook against the two violators. Let's see if they lose their accounts. |

I've had that situation before and I sent a message to the FB person informing him of my rights and his wrongs. They voluntarily removed my image. |

Just did a sweep, and found three people on Facebook using my stuff as their logos. I reported them all to FB, and they are now gone. One of them was a band, and should have known better.
The other two were a guy selling used books, and a coffee shop.

Search Google Images. You can use TinEye also but I think Google Images is better. |
