We have updated the referral rewarding system and all the referral shares will be supported by the agency as of today, July 17th. The agency did cover most of the referral shares until now but shares for referred purchases for instance were split between the agency and the contributor. Not anymore, we're now covering for all. The new structure is already live so you may start noticing different royalties for some of your sales.
Your feedback is important to us. Following members' suggestions, we have taken two major decisions these last weeks, meant to improve user experience and increase earnings and number of downloads: cover for ALL referral referral commissions and eliminate levels for subscription plans. Dreamstime is striving to maintain the best referral program in the industry and we've now added one extra reason for you to participate.
Please keep in mind that the Alliances program works on a different structure so sales and shares remain the same for these. Some of these partnerships will award the regular 25-60% royalties to the contributor from the agency's share, while other alliances will still award them based on the sale price.
Spread the word, all referral commissions are on us!

Thanks for the update Tangie. It's great to see Dreamstime making a change favorable for the photographer. Even though I feel this is how it should have been from the start - I really appreciate that Dreamstime's integrity in updating their policy. |

Thanks for the info. Does that mean, the contributor pay for subscription to become standardised to $0.35/$0.42 exl./non exl. ?? |

Your subscription earnings will be as stated in the royalties table here provided there are no taxes applied for instance. Please keep in mind that we still have to deduct taxes for some sales. If no taxes are deducted, then the values would normally be $0.35 for non-exclusives and $0.42 for exclusives.
