I usually use RF and mark Web Usage (W-EL) and Print Usage (P-EL) as well, is that proper?

Yes it's perfectly proper...but why don't you click on the SR-EL, too. Don't you want to sell your images for 250$?

I think, it depends on your style! I mean, if you upload logos and such designs, you get more chance because a company can buy your logo design. But if you work model shots like me, it is much smaller. This is my personal opinion and it might be wrong :))
