All our images are offered in jpg format so you need to upload this format first.
Once the jpg files are uploaded, you can upload the vectors either while the jpg is pending or after the approval of the jpg file. For the first option, you need to use the FTP upload and use the Additional upload subfolder - see that you have instructions on the FTP upload page:
FTP upload page
If you want to wait until the jpg is already online, please access the jpg in your online folder in the management area:
Online files page
Edit the image and se that there is an Upload additional format option.

If you already tried one of these options and it still does not work, please contact support wit more details and the ID number of the file.

Do you have to submit the jpg before you upload the .eps. I can see an image in my unfinished images area but want to upload the .eps (done via FTP) before I hit submit. or do I do that first.....

Forget that tried it. Thanks for the help. Bit the bullet as they say and tried it. Hopefully dome ok.

All the best
