DT can move RF to ED.
Please don't ask reupload ED as RF, just move it, as you move RF to ED.

Thanks, we'll discuss this suggestion and if it can be done, it will be done. The occasions to move from Editorial to Royalty Free are pretty rare though.

Update: Images that are refused with the mentioned reason should be revised by the user, all possible copyrights should be removed and image made suitable for RF before resubmitting.
Editorial and RF review are separated processes and each category has particularities that are irrelevant to the other.
Please make sure you upload the image in the correct category when submitting it to avoid rejections.

Remember that the Royalty Free licence enhances your photos with more selling possibilities, therefore you should prioritize it and try to submit as many images in this category when possible to remove copyrights and other elements.

it can happen when you make a mistake and submit it under editorial instead of RF as the shot you submited before was editorial, and you repopulate, as I have done twice now, had to write to DT to move these two shots to RF still waiting for weeks, tried to change it before it went to approval but couldnt see how to, didnt want to delete re upload as it affects my AR.

Actually, if you delete a file from pending files, it doesn't affect your approval ratio.

Hello!
Reason: The image includes recognizable individuals. It cannot be accepted without a model release signed by your subject(s). If the people within your photo are not the main subject but their faces are visible, then you also need a MR for each person whose face is visible. You can download the model release document from the following address: http://www.dreamstime.com/model_release.pdf

Why you ask upload releases for strangers on street? Ask to remove strangers. Better just move photo to Editorial, as you do somtimes.

Paha_l, as a contributor you must choose the correct license to submit the image with. Even if sometimes an editor will move an image in the RF or editorial section consider it a courtesy to you as a contributor and not something we usually do.
If this would become the norm than contributors would never pay attention in which section they upload their images.
As you know, there separate pending lines for editorial and RF and different editors who are trained to review these two pending lines.
If you can remove copyright and/or people from an image we do recommend you do so and submit as normal RF as there are more usages possible and therefor more sales chances.

In this image people are recognizable.
As a rule, if you would think you'd recognize yourself than submit the image as editorial. (especially when you have city images with many people that are clearly visible)

We consider that people can be recognized from the back as well, yes, but if the image is backlit and people are in silhouette it would be ok.
