I need a photo of the UCLA University seal that I can change to size of without distorting its resolution for power point presentations.

I'd have tried it out. But I don't think it is possible to make that logo with mouse and touchpad and a laptop. It's a pretty complicated logo, especially the image of the book embedded in it.
I'll try if I find time, little hope though. It's really hard to draw.

Not that hard, If I've got the time I'll give it a try. But as said, it'll be under editorial license. Also, Macleoddesigns havs a point there... Try contacting the university. Might be able to help you.
