I know i am not the best photographer in the whole wide world, but i am also not the worst one. :)

And this is the first photo that makes me truly proud. I believe i really made a great one, here.

What do you think?

Thanks. :)

I used a sigma 50 mm 2.8 ED macro. It's a great lens, in my opinion.

Congrats for the picture, I know how hard is to work with such models :))

From the DOF and Size I would say that is 1:1 magnification ratio. Add some extension tubes, mount two small flashes and you could go up to 4:1. Beyond that it's impossible to work with subjects that are bigger that 1 mm :)

Macro gives you satisfaction but soon will learn that does not sell well... unless you manipulate photos and put those ants to work for a big corporation ;)

   Bee on sunflower

For example, this one, i also like, but it has kind of a hard light, due to the flash. So, i dont think it's at the same level as the ant one.

Well, thats for the buyers to decide, sometimes you just cannot tell what will suit them best. If I could give you another tip, diversify a little, have some images that will prove attractive to the greatest range of buyers, as well as uploading your own interests.
