I've seen another post about this so it must be a site problem - when looking at my pics in "my portfolio" all the images are in a long line down the left side of the page, not showing across the page as per usual. It's only happening in my portfolio, not when I look at "online files" from my management page & search results also display as normal.

It happens to me also, but it is only on my laptop that pics are in a long column on the left side of my portfolio. On my iPad they are as they use to be, across the page.

Likewise all my portfolio pics in a vertical line rather than previous display of horizontal lines and has been like that for a couple of days at least.

Just for clarification this is as viewed from my laptop.

We have fixed the glitch so the portfolio pics should display properly now. Please check and if you still have problems, let us know by either posting here or contacting support.

Thank you.

If the troubles persist on your end, please send support info regarding the operating system and the browser used. Include the version as well.

Still the same problem but no real inconvenience so will wait a few days and check again.

Hi Carmen,
Same here. They stick to the left corner in a vertical Line.
Browser: Opera mini 7.8.3 on Android Gingerbread.
Phone: Samsung Galaxy Y series.

Some other problems with mobile viewing:
- Very often, the site header displays only 2 items and rest are out of the screen and can't be scrolled to.
- The right part is cut off. I can only see "uploaded files: 176" and can't see sales to the right of that. The whole right side is cut off. It happens once or twice a day.
- Another positive glitch, many of my files in the "similar images" suggestions when I open a photo...they are shown as level 0. Even though they are not. This must have attracted buyers, but still it's kinda unfair. So I let you know. maybe you could let this one go? :)

I'll email customer care with screenshots in case you need them.

In the browser mode make sure you disable IE9 compatability view, that corrects the long line of images to the left of the page. (Thanks to admin for that advice). Also check that Document Mode is set to IE9 standards as that can stop some other glitches.

However if anyone can tell me how to stop the enlarge feature from jumping about all over the place I would appreciate your advice. Thank you
