great photos in your collection. As some advice, one of the biggest mistakes in stock photography is to go back through your hard drive and pick all your images, without doing some real research on microstock images that are selling. Sometimes its unpredictable... but save your time and energy by putting yourself in the buyers shoes for a moment. What could your photo be used for? does it have a clear purpose, and does it pop out when viewed as a thumbnail?

These are mistakes that every beginning stock photographer will make (very much including myself) but be careful on how much time you spend on uploading your back catalog - and focus on microstock trends when you are out shooting new material.
