Faysal9
Guys,
i'm new here, just signed up
Been doing photography since last 2 years.
Mostly traveling and doing photography. that includes most of the kinds, like landscape, macro, Birds and much more
The thing is, as hobbyist, not making any money at all
i want you guy to have a look at my work at FlickR
and do let me know if i'm good enough to contribute here ?
i have no idea what kind of work sells
or ther's anything specific i must have to improve/learn
i'm always a learner. Always ready to learn new stuff.
So positive help would be really appreciated

Welcome to DT Faysal!
You have some beautiful Pictures and I am sure they will also sell.
Even though landscape and animal photography does not sell as good as other Genres... But if they are somehow Special and have good keywording incl. latin names (animal Pictures) they will sell. Just check before uploading how many Pictures of a theme are already online and how they sell. Just start uploading and read the massage board and blogs. You will get a lot of good advise and tips. Don't be discouraged in case some of your Pictures are rejected and learn from the reasons given for it.
Wish you much success!
PS.: I like especially the pic IMG_7798 in your Portfolio at flickr!!!

If I said you're not good enough, would that stop you from trying?

It's not up to me to limit your success.

My suggestion would be this: Get to work!
Nikon D800, D100, Canon G15

You have beautiful Images! You should have no problem....don't let anything stop you....get to work! as Wisconsinart said! Pick out some of your best, upload them, and if accepted great (which I don't think you will have to much problem) if rejected, you learn from the rejection by the rejection reasons, you fix and reupload, or you move on to the next picture with what you have learned. Good luck! I am sure we will see your work on here soon! Just ask if you need help or have any questions! :)

I took a look at your Flickr pics and I think they have the sales potential. The quality is already good, maybe you can take some more stock concept photos. Landscapes (even they are the highest quality) is a pretty saturated area and it's hard to get sales in that part of the industry.

The most important thing to get sales is to upload your images, here on DT. 4 images are not enough.

The images that not everybody can make but the images that everybody may want - sells best. :)
So stay out of simple birds, flowers, butterflies and stuff. Upload the BEST of those only.
You have nice images, let's see what happens after you upload them here. Don't forget keywords! You need great keywording with great imagery.
