I have a couple of referral questions:

1. Does part of the referral's commission come from contributors' royalties?
2. Can contributors refer their own images or is that not allowed?

1. Dreamstime covers the referral's commission, the contributor's commission is not affected.
2. You can promote your own images using referral links, of course, and you will get a commission from all sales generated by your referral links.

Thanks. I have another question, is it allowed to alter the auto generated referral code such as removing the text under the picture thumbnails?

Since this is the newest thread about referral links I would like to say that they do work. On many of my website I use referral link photographs from Dreamstime as content when I do not have my own image to use. Today from this site http://alaskastorytellerphotography.com/mytravel/canada.html I got a new member referred that purchased a package. I do not have any idea whose image they clicked on to arrive at Dreamstime. The point is, they do work and some designer has purchased a package to download images.
