Has there been a change in policy?

In a post I received from DT (newsletter, FB, G+, I can't remember) it talked about shooting everyday things around you. The example given was clearly an iPad and an iPhone laying on a desk or conference room table.

I submitted photos in the past of my nephew holding my old, broken iPod, with his hand wrapped around it so you couldn't see the logo, etc, but seeing the top you could tell it was an iPod and the photos were rejected for possible TM violation.

Has there been a change in policy of Apple products that allows them to be used in stock photos as long as the logos aren't showing?

Thank you!

No, it hasn't. It was most probably an Editorial image.

I figured that might be the case, but I was working when I saw the image come through on my phone. I will try to find the image in the catalog now that I am home.

Thank you, Rolmat.
