I think they are great, illustrations often sell well - Because ALL illustrations are different from each other, every contributor has their own style;)

Yeah keep it simple, and you will get a larger range of buyers. Don't niche your work too much, then you only will get some very specific buyers, thats my opinion=)

I do think it is a very good illustration of the layers of earth from grass, plants to rocks. Can be used for teaching farming and soil structure ~ just saying ~:-)
