Spring is almost here. Along with the blossoming flowers, joy, mood to fall in love and Easter bunny, here comes the time for cleaning, painting, planning and preparing the house to look bright, shiny, and sparkling for the new seasons to come. Anything related to your homes and how you turn them into cozy, funky, funny or elegant cribs will be more than welcome.
Don't miss the garden. Spring is perfect for gardening and planting. Adding new species and plants to turn your backyard into a colourful explosion of blossoms is one topic you might take snaps of.
Action on the real estate market is always a good idea. Buyers and sellers are welcome to join us in anything that is home or house related.
All in all, it's time for cleaning. You can start with your camera ;) and don't let your family do the whole job. You can take pictures :) while they are working. It is for art's and assignment's sake. |

You need at least 50 images on-line. If you go to the page for submission to the assignment it will tell you the amount (if you're under it, of course). If you have met that requirement it will let you through. |

Well, in India this exercise [home cleaning - renovating] is done in the month of October/November before the festival of Diwali...... it is believed that 'Laksmi' Goddess of Furtune will only bless those house which are immaculately clean. Diwali is the festival of lights, it is considered to be a New Year for Business activities, where we do the closing of annual accounts and start new books for the year ahead..... |

It's seems like a pretty broad assignment topic. So I can see there will likely be a lot of entries accepted but it will be rather difficult to have an outstanding image. So I look forward to see what people come up with. If I come up with an idea, I'll get it a shot also. |
