BITMAP IN EPS8???

When import photoshop file that have white background does it illustrator read that like bitmap or i must not have background like that.

You shouldn't be using bitmap elements in Illustrator files. The whole file has to be editable.

EPS files can be both vectors or bitmaps. When I first uploaded EPS as additional formats I saved using Photoshop which rasterises the files to bit maps. These were all approved but some of my sales were refunded as they were not fully editable.

I have now resaved all my additional formats as either EPS AI8 if they do not have any effects such as transparancies or AI CS if they do. Hope this helps.
