Hi There. I have been a member of Dreamstime for years now and have many images on here, and alos buy thm too. I have downloaded a file that on examination is very ppor - I have emailed Dreamstime twice for help or a refund but have heard nothing back. You could not tell from the tiny previews how good / bad the vector files woiuld be. They were poor trace tool examples. Any of you know about this lack of communication or can help?
