My first camera was a Kodak Brownie given to me at Christmas in 1957. I still own the camera and have many of the negatives from the early days of the Kodak Brownie. I moved to Alaska from Santa Monica, California in 1985. In 2008 I retired from the Alaska Air National Guard and U.S. Federal Civil Service. Favourite subjects:I most enjoy photographically recording historic sites and volunteering as a event photographer for some non-profit organizations and churches. When I am not doing one of the two aforementioned, I photograph landscapes, wildlife and macro subjects, along with the occasional wedding, anniversary or birthday.
