2nd Year Anniversary - Giving Thanks to All
This months message has to to be related to my 2nd year anniversary here as a DT member.
I have now been a contributing member [photographer] of this community for two years & am very happy to report that every month things are going from good to better.
I say [photographer] as I do not believe that I can actually place myself into the "real photographer" category, just yet … as I am still learning more & more each day …
But that at the end of the day was one of the chief reasons that I become a member here. To push the boundaries of what I know & can do, into the unexplored.
I can safely say that each new "shoot" that I embark on I try and set myself new levels for achievements, and yes while I do sometimes reach them, there are many an occasion that I am too quickly reminded of how much more I still need to learn. [and perhaps how much more gear that I want/need].
I am happy to report that my two year goal has just turned over …
After the huge successes that I achieved in my first year I had a more realistic idea as far as where my portfolio numbers should be standing at after the two year mark, and I am pleased to see that I have reached the 800 mark!
Sales have been gradually increasing …
In fact this moth has been my best month to date, in so far as sale revenue generated.
Not my highest number of individual sales, but certainly the highest value of revenue generated in any one month. As far as I can remember over the past two years & certainly over the past 13 months [as reflected in the account stats page].
I take this opportunity to thank all those who have visited my profile, to view & especially to those who chose to make a purchase.
I look forward to many more months & years of supplying to the ever growing database …
I will endeavor to continue to "push the envelope" so as to keep adding new & interesting content into the portfolio.
Thanks to all that support the community & especially to those that have aided in supply of funds for my new gear purchased, solely from the sales revenue generated here at DT.
I look forward to getting the latest series of images that were recently captured online …
A little sampler for those who may be interested …
