Acceptance percentage

I have just got my acceptance percentage up to 80% from a low of 57% the first month or two of uploading to Dreamstime. So for anyone new my tip would be check your images carefully for blemishes and noise as a starting point and be a little selective. Now if I have any doubts about the quality I don't upload it. I'll add a couple of images from my latest uploads. Happy snapping :)

Right Patrick! Avoid refusals is one very important thing. Everything that put your images in focus is great. Also to think about why anyone would buy my particular image - for what purpose... In fact its possible to sell even the most usual motif - like Big Ben - if its better than others or in a different angle or whatever. Sometimes the description or even the keywords makes the difference...

Yes be objective which can be difficult with some photo's that you like yourself but when I get a refusal I want to kick myself. So to avoid bruised shins I am trying to be disciplined! Thank you TheSlowWalkers that image was taken at the bottom of my back garden :)

Good advice Patrick, especially the bit about if you have any doubts then don't upload it.
Hard as it may be, you have to be objective but if you can do this, then your acceptance should go up.
By the way, I particularly like the first photo.
