And the great thing and benefit of it was how much I learnt in that time, reading tutorials, looking up to other photographers, researching what sells as stock.... continue reading

Spiss Castle, Slovakia

How many of you have heard about this medieval jewel, located in the heart of Slovakia?I had the chance to visit the ruins of Spiss Castle earlier this year and I have to say that I was positively impressed. And the view from the top is amazing! If you're visiting Kosice (which is one of the European Capitals of Culture 2013), take a small detour to visit Spiss Castle as well! And some more images to be found in my portfolio :) continue reading

Venice and new Milestone: 500 uploads

Can you guess how happy I was when I saw a few minutes ago that I reached the 500 uploads milestone? I also had 6 images accepted into the current assignment so now I'm only waiting for the sales to thrive in order to have an amazing month here on DT :)All this was thanks to a large batch of images (still a lot in pending) I took this year in Venice, during the 13th Architecture Biennale. Have you heard of it?Each 2 years, Venice (at Arsenale and Giardini) helds the Architecture Biennale... continue reading

My first 100$!

I have finally reached my first 100$ today, after more than 2 years contributing to DT agency :) Although somewhere along the way I lost my hope for this thing to happen, when I saw today that I achieved it I felt really happy and raised my hopes and expectations back high. The most important thing I learnt along the way is too choose only the best of the best from a series of photographs. I have stumbled many times into rejections of images I really liked. Then I realised that most of them simply... continue reading

I ended my summer with a visit to Slovenia. It was a roadtrip, full of unexpected surprises and, nevertheless, a learning experience.Unfortunately, only the first days were sunny and warm, to travel then on a terrible weather from Maribor to Ljubljana and the Adriatic Sea.However, I want to share with you some of my experience through photographs. Slovenia is a very beautiful country and, did you know that Maribor is one of the European Capitals of Culture for the year 2012?On our... continue reading
