Three years at Dreamstime

Exactly 3 years ago I signed up with Dreamstime!If it hadn't been for Dreamstime I'd maybe have given up trying to get into microstock. While I was faced with applications elsewhere that were almost impossible to pass for beginners (x out of y images need to be great or wait another month till ya may try again... and stuff like that), Dreamstime just rejected my bad images and accepted the good ones :)So I kept shooting and uploading! Dreamstime assignment

My couple on the beach watching the sunset brought me an incredible first place in the last assignment!! In addition my second submission made a great 8th place!I hereby thank Dreamstime and all the voters again!!! :)Now, my prices have arrived!! 300 images online!

After a month of a new upload record of 65 images(more to come!), I reached a total of 300 images! This focaccia bread image is my No 300:This truly is an addiction. I did this upload rush in the attempt of getting tired to make photos because it was getting hard to think of something else. Tip for everyone who wants to try the same: it does not work ;)In fact the wish to make more images increased and my next goal, 500 or 1000 images shall be reached soon! One year at Dreamstime

I reached two new milestones this week! On April 23rd I've been at Dreamstime for one year and on day later on April 24th I had my 100th sale :) It happened to be an image of garlic and basil.When I started uploading one year ago I was new to microstock. First Editor's Choice Image

This was such a wonderful surprise for Christmas! My Container Terminal image was chosen for this award this made me very happy! :)Thanks very much to the editor who is responsible for this and thanks to everyone else at Dreamstime! Have a wonderful New Years Eve and a wonderful New Year 2009!This image is one of my first night shots. I really start to enjoy these as I love the night. 100 files online :)

Today I had my 100th image approved and I'm so happy about this first big milestone! :)To some it may seem not that big but to me it is the first milestone in stock photography ever. I'm a newbie to stock photography and the last two months I tried to improve my images and upload as much as I could.
