Hi Vishakha, Thanks for your feedback. Photography is not going so fine because of lack of proper equipment (camera) Meanwhile I submitted some from my old stock which I had clicked with my Nikon Coolpix (4.1MP) and they got accepted !!!! The Rubber tree plantation in the paid one and Airplane wing in the free stock.Noticed that you you too are from Pune.
hey joe.....my G11 is goin very well.......!n sorry but i dunno about SX20......!Hows ur photography goin.........!Wish u luck n welcome to DT.....!
How is the Canon G11 going?I am going for a new one and trying to figure out if G11 is better or Canon Poweshot SX20 is better. The latter has an hot shoe for additional flash and swivel LCD
Here are some blogs with tips on using a compact for stock:https://blog.dreamstime.com/2010/01/29/photography-work-with-what-you-have_art31404https://blog.dreamstime.com/2010/02/11/they-say-pocket-digital-cameras-are-no-good-for-stock_art31534I used to shoot with a G10 and found it took some work. I sometimes had to reduce the image size, but basically it boils down to a few key items:Shoot at ISO 80Hold the camera steady or use a tripod (applies to any camera)Don't shoot strongly backlit subjects to avoid 'purple fringing'Set the camera to maximum jpg quality or use RAWGood luck!
try internet! Good luck in DT world!
hey so nice of u....thanks ur comment.i really need patience.....!
The beginning is like this. Refueling. Your photos are beautiful. DT Photo Gallery to see pictures of other photographers. From your culture and start recording. For example: architecture, arts, crafts, character and unique scenery. Step by step will get better, I wish you good luck.[imgr]https://www.dreamstime.com/stock-photography-jagged-rocks-in-the-sea-of-clouds-image6921672[/imgr]
