Fortunes From The Cookie

Over the last year my family and I have ordered Chinese takeout about once a month and I'm the one person who enjoys the cookies at the end of the meal. Well, this blog is all about the fortunes that I thought were pretty cool too keep and be reminders. Here we go!

1) Don't be afraid to take a chance when the opportunity of a lifetime appears.

2) Don't stop dreaming, otherwise sleep will get awfully boring.

3) It is most gratifying when a goal is achieved through one's efforts.

4) People learn little from success, but much from failure.

5) Change your thoughts and you change the world.

6) Make sure to laugh's good for your health.

7) Ignorance on fire is better than knowledge on ice.

8) Character cannot be purchased, bargained for, inherited, rented or imported from afar.

9) One of the first things you should look for in a problem is it's positive side.

10) Sell your ideas, they are totally acceptable.

11) Every production of genius must be the production of enthusiasm.

12) It's in your moments of decision that your destiny is shaped.

I hope that everyone enjoyed these fortunes and if you have some, please post them.

Hi, Richard
A very useful reminder:)

One time a co-worker of mine got one that said, "Come back later; I am sleeping. Yes, cookies need their sleep, too." LOL. I'm not kidding, that's really what it said. :)

I don't get Chinese very often but do love the cookies! Here are some that need to be given to MEN "change the channel and make others happy" or "share the remote and a whole new world will open up to you"! Maybe I'll apply for a job.....
Hope your Christmas is great!!

Great fortunes thanks :0)

I hope you never get one that says, "Help, I'm trapped in a fortune cookie factory!" LOL

Great reminders! Will print them out and put on the wall. thanks!
