A helping hand for the newbies (part 9)

Do you remember when you first joined DT and you waited patiently for that first sale? I do! and I also remember the feeling of elation it brought with it. What I want to do is look at a portfolio with no sales, buy what i think is the best image in that portfolio and show it on a blog with 2 others from the same portfolio that I think should be worth a sale or two.

The point of this series of blogs is to get the ball rolling for some of our newbies.

So here is the 9th image I've bought from a newbie.

Her name is Carolyn Marshall and she's from Tampa in the United States. This image is a perfect example of capturing the moment. and I love the colours.

Here's another two images from Carolyn's portfolio

I hope that's true.

Yeah!!! It finally got fixed. So sorry for the late response, Tonygers. The system wouldn't give me an option anywhere to post a response. I noticed that a few others were having that same dilemma. Thank you SO much for including my images in your helping hand articles. It's true that some of us newbies are really newbies. Maybe not that bad, but inexperienced in how to process the skill that is buried deep inside us. All it takes sometimes is encouragement to push forward, to dig deep, and to allow the God-given gift to blossom us into true professionals. Thank you for your "pay-it-forward" attitude. Keep up what you are doing. Who knows, you may encourage or wake up the next sleeping photographer "giant". Again, thank you!
