Human eye lens

If a human eye was a lens what kind would it be. I did some research about this. So I find on the net that an average human eye would have:

f/8,3-f/2,1

from 17 to 24mm

Minimal focus distance 7cm-infinity

I find it interesting to know these. If you know more precise data please say it.

And one more thing, our autofocus system focuses in 350ms.

As I know, human eye has a focus distance about 50 mm (in 35mm equivalent). Also, our eyes have a big ISO, I suppose, about 6000-12000
