Image selected for exhibition, Thank you DT guys
Hi, this is time for me to be proud and also thankful for DT support.
Proud because my image of this old baby car
was selected at a recent competition in Athens, Greece by "WIND Telecom. Hellas" and "NewSchool.Athens of Photography" to be used by Wind Telecom. for their promotional needs and to be presented also at an exhibition the next days!!! :)
So the competition staff asked me to send them the best version of the image suitable for large PRINT use. They contacted me at last Saturday by email,
Sunday i called them to arrange the details. Monday, (also Monday was the deadline for me to send the image!) morning i sent an email to DT support if they can provide me the download links for that image and a similar one -portrait version- to sent it to the exhibition staff.
I shoot with a D70s witch is 6 Mpx and DT's 12 Mpx version would be more suitable for large scale printing job.
Monday early afternoon I HAD THE LINKS in my mailbox and of course i sent them directly to the exhibition staff!!!
And here, i want to THANK the DT support and especially Valentin Nikulae for his fast response. It's nice to work with people who will be there to do their best for your need ;)
I may sometimes have some different points of view about things who comes at the surface from time to time and how DT deals with it BUT, definitely, the support of DT and the "feeling" of how things are getting done here, makes you feel that you work with "pros" and also gives you the motive to do and be your best also, if you want to succeed and come out of the croud.
To be a "pro" also, combining quality, quantity, system and FOCUS. This is the recipe for success, at least for me.
