The title and description of the picture can being DT approved and selling is very important.The following two pictures are taken at a wedding, but when I upload the "wedding car" no approved later, I direct the name of "daisy" approved.Thus, a clear, concise text descriptions and keywords how important it is.

Ok, but if that was the sort of search you were aiming for, I would have chosen keywords like stigma, stamen, pollen, seeds,pollination,plant reproduction,etc rather than "genital" ...they are all more relevant and more likely to be searched for than "genital". (try a search for "genital" and see what sort of results you get !)
I'm guessing that English is not your first language though ?

Yes, title and descriptions can be very important. Especially in your case above. Since you can't see the wedding, or any people in wedding attire, it could possibly be reported as irrelevant. However, daisy is very appropriate. Sometimes specific titles help you avoid rejections. Good luck with your images! :)
