A little bit of disappointment!!!

A month ago (give or take a few days) I finished uploading a series of images of which I am very proud of and which gave me high hopes and a great deal of expectations after promoting them on the blog area of DT!

Now ... looking at the number of views on each and everyone of them, and with only one sale from this series ... I feel disappointment and can't help but think that maybe they are not stock material! I would like to believe that the period of time spent on DT was not enough for them to really get out-there, to be seen by designers that look for this subject ...

Anyway ... I need some other opinions from you guys as to where I might be going wrong ... are my expectations to high?

Hopefully 2010 will bring me some acknowledgement among the editors and I'll manage to escape this complex!

I am new here but from what I can see I would say you probably have to wait for the wedding season. I love the images very unique. Keep up the good work!

I love your photos of the bride and groom in water, and i feel sure that at some point they will sell - I must say that most brides and grooms are not as "daring" as this couple - and that might keep some buyers away!

I'm new here, and I also have the same confused, I want to be persistent. To shoot pictures of some customers want rather than we think good pictures.

Hi, Andra! Your pictures are beautifully done and diverse. I agree with Maen about the importance of keywords. I also think you shouldn't worry for views too much, because views and sales are not correlated. You may get sales without views at all. And quite opposite - with many views no sales.

I think they are well done shots & very diverse on the same subject! But something you have to check yourself are the keywords!
For example you missed some thing on this image even with the good keywords you've made, like: Occasion, Special Day, Celebration I think for this subject they are more needed than sand & sky!

Don't forget that this time of the year is mostly slow as the shopping for January has been done in December... Besides wedding season is summer ;)

Don't be sad! Keep up the good work ;)
