Photographing at an airshow

Last summer, an airshow took place in my town. So I decided to try this new photographic sector (for me). Few months ago I bought a Sigma 70-300 apo lens. It is a relative cheap lens which entered in my budget but I'm very satisfied with it and at the airshow it worked fine too. I've four images of this event on DT, all with editorial license because sponsors or other banners are on the airplanes. Not much to say about the technique. No tripod, because the exposures were very fast to stop the movement. Using the tele at 200-300 mm with my Canon 300D I had a great magnification so that it is possible to see details of helicopters and airplanes. It is important to have a good position with a free sight (a lot of people at the event). The sunny day and the pilots did the rest.

Congratulations, I also did my first airshow recently and know how hard it is to get decent images with limited equipment, you have some good images, good luck with sales.
