Post No. 2 - About keywords!
July 16, 2007
User archive
Well, my thread about the copying of keywords seems to be getting a good debate and discussion going. Some interesting ideas are being bounced around, and not surprisingly some less sympathetic comments too, although these are very few and far between. No names mentioned, but no great surprises...
Hopefully the new reporting system will yield some good results. It will be interesting to see how effective it is. I would ideally like to be able to hide my keywords, but it looks like this may never be an option.
We shall see!!!

Thats bad, I can sympathize with how you feel.
In many cases, especially with multiple offenses like you have experienced, I have had excellent responses from Support. Many times the offending member has had their account suspended until they sort it out. So, I would definitely take the time to write a comprehensive email with all the details and send it to Support.
Let me know how you get on.

I have just discovered that someone copied and pasted all of my keywords from one image to all 40 of their images. ( Then added one or two words) Needless to say, all of those keywords are not relevant, I feel a bit cheated. Can you tell me if you were able to successfully stop someone from doing this? Not to mention, this new contributor seems to be coping my style of illustrations, but I guess imitation is the best form of flattery.

Finding keywording difficult is nothing to be ashamed about. I'm happy to have helped you. Just remember to delete the irrelevant words appropriately. ;)
