The power of social media - referred members

I want to share something from my statistics: "41 users were referred by you. 6 photographers were referred by you. 1 buyers were referred by you. 1 payment plans were purchased."

This was done in the last year by using Google+, Google blog, Twitter and Facebook. This kind of promotion takes me about 1-2 hour/day. The result in terms of $ earnings is low, but maybe some day a big photographer or a big buyer will be referred by me. Wish me luck, I wish you too. King out and over. Have a nice day, love and peace!

Mr. King, looks like you got a Queen. Keep calm and reply.
If your monthly uploads suddenly drop, we will know how good you performed. ;)

1-2 hours/day for virtually no money pretty much says it all.Alvera, you`re building a fantastic portfolio. If you spent that 1-2 hours/day creating more images, you`ll increase revenue that much faster. This article was useful but not in the way you might think. :-)

Thanks. I thought both ways :) I will reduce the time on social media with 1 hour and I will work harder to my portfolio. The only way to make money, as you said long time ago, is working. No other way in this lifetime :)

Yes, referral linking is great. I like it too! It is good for both sides, and there is basically nothing to loose. Every time when there is a possibility for me to link with my referral links, I do so, because in most cases there is really no reason to voluntary lose potential revenue by linking using normal (non-referral) links. Referral linking is a little bit like game of luck, because you can never know who may click your links, but there is at least a theoretical chance to refer some really nice buyer or contributor to be under your wings.

Thanks to great Dreamstime referral program I made some really nice money throughout the years, mostly by referring image buyers, but I referred also a few photographers and graphic artists. Thus I am happy! :)

Anyway, I wish you luck Alvera in your effort, as well as I wish it to myself! ;)

I have also received some referred members from sical media, but have no earnings yet. Having one buying 1 payment plan is great for you and for us all - because we all will sell a bit more :)

Most referred users I have from my Indonesian website SPDI.eu. Among them is one photographer but just with 2 photos online... I´m afraid that Indonesia is not yet good country for photography... or just I´m not lucky :-).
