Risotto is Italian dish made of rice. Rice is usual cooked on bullion and serve with various sauces. Probably this dish came to Italy from China by the Marco Polo.
This dish is my favorite because of it reach bouquet of different variety flavors. I like risotto made of lots of vegetables, rice and meat for example chicken. Like also rich aroma of carry, red paprika, herb pepper, and also I putt in wiped carrot. That’s all.
