To see what a city really is you need some days but so happened that I had only 12 hours to walk around Ekaterinburg - the capital of South Urals. Though - I had enough time to see something. You can see both modern and historical buildings very close to each other. continue reading
When I was about five years old I was at home with my mom and two sisters. There was a terrible thunderstorm and the lightning was almost constant. All of us were in the living room looking out the front window watching the storm when a flash of light came out of the fireplace, went across the living room and hit the phone, causing it to ring once. I said, “Wow, lightning came down the chimney and hit the phone.” Mom said, “Everyone move into the dining room and away from the fireplace.... continue reading
Hey there everybody! As of today I am a proud owner of 1000+ portfolio on Dreamstime! It's been two painful months to sort out all of my travel images, dig up pet photography and organize new shoots, but the longer I do it the more fun it gets. Today was also my first senior shoot, and posing the lady and trying to get the expressions was absolutely priceless! The goal seemed tedious, all that keywording, waiting for the submissions to pass (or not), but now the number is up it just feels so darn... continue reading
Just a few minutes ago, I reached my personal goal of 1000 SALES here on dreamstime. Very nice to know that with faith could find a light at the end of the tunnel ! Because I was with my images all cluttered and not knowing what else to do to be able to show not only the world but myself that this journey with my images would not be in vain.A day browsing and an account for long gathering dust on the Internet , I decided to reactivate it . It's approaching the celebrations for Father's Day. Also if usually in Catholic countries it is celebrated during St. Joseph's day, in the US there's another celebration, usually held on 19th of June. History of Father's Day Festival as seen today is not even a hundred years old. Thanks to the hard work and struggle of Ms Sonora Louise Smart Dodd of Washington that just as we have set aside Mother's Day to honor mothers we have a day to acknowledge the important role played by the father.... continue reading
