I live in a distant, snowy Siberia, in a small town. In school, I graduated from art school and more. Therefore drawing skills I have, when it comes to enthusiasm. Someone figures are in my portfolio. Besides, I'm doing photography, amateur, has not yet learned of the photo bank Dreamstime. I had to study a lot, read a lot about what a photograph. You could say that I am self-taught. Well, that Dreamstime gives the opportunity to meet with photographers from around the world. I will be glad to communicate.... continue reading

Since I joined and became a exclusive photographer for Dreamstime, I have more and more surprise and achievement in my work. No matter what kind of different cultural, nation and history, we all are showing ourselves. Recently, I analyzed the information and data of my account briefly. I found some interesting conclusion about it. Perhaps this is a milestone to me. Because there are 1960 images online and 265 sales now. The first, I have plenty of natural scenery pictures which are... continue reading
IfI look back my last 40 days journey as a stock photographer, I had no goal in my mind when i joined DT.My only aim was to upload some good photographs ( Which i think are good) and get some money. After some time i realize it's not easy to make money in Stock Photography as there are better photographers but still lot of hopes are there if you are innovative. Here is what i achieved in last 40 days.- Got first sale- One photo accepted for Assignment and Assignment is still open and still... continue reading
Hello fellow Dreamtimers,I wanted to share my little milestone of 50 sales. It has been a slow start for me since I joined in August 2014. Working fulltime it has been hard to build up my portfolio but I’m plodding along. I have 281 images uploaded and have achieved a grand total of $114.67.After reading some great advice from experienced DT members before I began uploading, I promised myself I would try to maintain a high acceptance ratio and have been able to stay around the 85% mark.... continue reading
Today I have achieved one of the goal that I had set for myself when I first joined Dreamstime, some have told me that my expectation were too high that I was in competition with better more experienced photographer than I. To these folks today I say take a good look! because only by 4 months have I missed the goal set 3 years ago which was 500 sales, but I also achieved another milestone with my first $1k and to boot with an image that sold for the first time in 2 years being available. Here it is:... continue reading
I started uploading images on DT towards end of 2014 and shortly had managed more than 100 pics approved. I used to regularly track my images and saw that most of them were getting frequently viewed but they were not getting downloaded. I thought maybe I am missing some basic trick in my photos and stopped visiting DT. Yesterday i opened DT solely with the aim of looking at some pics i had clicked during my last trip to Switzerland. I was pleasantly surprised and shocked to see that there had been... continue reading

It gave me confidence that any objectives can be achieved if to work, work and work. And let sales still not really much - means it is necessary to look for new plots, faces. I will try.! Quite happy to have finally made it. I jumped over the 100$ threshold with a 9.90 $ sale of a very green image, which is by far the most I got for a single sale. I started with dreamstime back in 2010 when I uploaded a couple of images out of curiosity to see whether anybody would buy my images. Not much activity from my side for four years after that, but about a year ago I started again uploading, this time more seriously leading to 765 accepted images and more than 100 $ in sales as of today.... continue reading
