During my trip to visit 4 Chinese universities, I had the opportunity to visit the Terracotta Army near Xi'an, some 50 km outside the city. It is incredible to imagine that these terracotta soldiers date back to roughly 200 BC, and were only discovered as recent as 1974.It is very difficult to take high quality pictures there, because of the light and the place is really crowded (no space for a tripod).Please read the post on my photoblog to know more about my visit to... continue reading
