The last couple of years i got hooked on shooting during (early) nighttime hours. The long exposures make you really work your images, composition and exposure has to be exactly right.Right after sunset you have the nice blue and orange colors in the sky. Every third week of September the city of Toowoomba in Queensland in Australia celebrates its annual flower festival. Today, six of my photos, series of "Modern Living in Australia" were sold.Hope architectural photos are still in demand.All the shots were taken on moving boat. Visiting a zoo is indeed a very wonderful experience. During my son's school holidays we visited a famous zoo here in Australia. It is the Australia Zoo located in a peaceful town of Beerwah in Queensland.This zoo is huge at a size of about 40 hectares. They have a transport system inside the zoo as the place is so huge it will take you longer if you prefer to walk around the place.The zoo have a wide range of birds, mammals and reptiles. Last February this year the Sand Safari has been held at Surfers Paradise in Gold Coast in Australia. This is a 3-week festival featuring sand sculpture display from artists all over the world.
