It’s All in the Editing

“You must have a really expensive camera—what kind is it?” This is the question I hear most frequently when friends admire my pictures. People, it seems, imagine that if they had the “right kind” of photographic equipment, they then could take pictures that look just like mine.My experience in photography, however, has taught me that the success of any given photo depends very little upon the kind of camera with which it was taken. Checking my Dreamstime home page right now, I see that nine... continue reading

Four Question before online shopping

I do not consider myself as a shopper. I hate to try things on the shop, stand on long lines etc. I love to shop online because it’s easy for me. I spend many at least 6 to 5 hours in a week for online shopping sites. I search good online sites, comparing sales and prices and look photos of different models in order to find out trendy outfits etc. But, recently I read an article on about shopping online disadvantages. Although the flaws that are mentioned in this article was right like, sometimes... continue reading

They are surfer's best companion, and they are also the nature's fury. We've selected two of the best images depicting waves from different points of view and asked their owners to tell us the story behind them, the trip, the equipment, the moment, the post processing and, of course, any other useful tips.... continue reading

Autumn beauty

Nature is a wonderful thing. It doesn’t matter what season we are in, there is beauty to behold. In summer we have the lush landscape, with the grass and leaves exhibiting a myriad of shades in green.  For me though, the end of summer and throughout the autumn is my favourite. The landscape slowly begins to change as the leaves start to die back.As the evening light starts to lessen and the days become shorter, the leaves begin their transformation. It is most noticeable inside... continue reading
