Spring is wonderful and beautiful time of the year. Although in our warm region in the south of Russia, there is no real winter, we always look forward to the spring bloom. So Ive been around the world, and seen flowers from Asia, America, Europe, Africa, and the list goes on and on. I have never found a flower as cool as the Lotus! It is an accent plant that can survive thousands of years as it has the rare ability to lie in stasis or hibernation per say, and come to life many years later. The first day of spring has finally arrived here in our beautiful country, South Africa. We had an abundance of rain during June and July which has been such a blessing! Our dams are overflowing once again for the first time in years.
