Chillon Castle in Switzerland now a Trade Mark

A few weeks ago I have stumbled upon an newspaper article (Le Temps in Switzerland or at least in the french speaking part of Switzerland) which I believe is worth discussing here.The swiss authorities had previously found that a image of the mighty Matterhorn (located at the border between Switzerland and Italy, with the famous side facing only Switzerland) was used by a German travel agency to advertise a travel package in the mountains of Austria.
