Some weeks ago I got this image of a beautiful sky accepted. I know there are thousands of pictures of a sky, however when I saw this beautiful sky one morning in September this year I could not resist. (thanks to the reviewers for still letting it through!) I live in a high-rise building so I could take a picture without any obstacles in the way. What makes this shot special is the use of a wide angle which I can highly recommend for shooting images of the sky. It often captures well the impression... continue reading

One of my first accepted photos on Dreamstime was from the Quechee Hot Air Balloon Festival. It showed one of the hot air balloons floating over the Quechee Covered Bridge.Just recently I uploaded a picture of the same bridge destroyed by the power of water from tropical storm Irene. The road leading to the bridge on both sides is washed away.To think on Monday NBC actually had a panel discussing whether or not the storm was "over hyped" because some New York City dwellers were inconvenienced.... continue reading
Sometimes you look to your portfolio and you think to your self, if you are doing a complete work! Are these enough to make your sales regular?! Have you covered a subject that you have started?! Is there away that you can add more images from the same concept?! Do I fulfill the perspectives of a buyer?!Naturally every time & then every Microstocker stops for a second thought on his portfolio!!!It's the reason photographers run to get new models to cover some subjects! The problem is that I did not think about getting model releases for the shots that I took. Almost all of my shots are of people, both locals as well as soldiers. The few that don't have identifiable faces are posted on this site. The shot below seems to be a favorite of quite a few people. I knew it was a cool shot,... continue reading
