Saturday, on another weekly phototour, he fell off the ridge of the mountain in one of his favorite place: Fagaras Mountains, Romania. The mountains were his home, the nature was his mother. He always wanted to be near the sky, near the clouds, in the highlands, he always carryed his heavy photo equipment to... continue reading

Already 50 images online for my first upload, and i have also submitted on couple of site, but i must say am satisfied with dreamstime for some reason, such as, its user friendly, easy to prepare your files for submission, and you can pop in anytime to modify your contents, which makes things so much easier, even though the beginning seems slow, but patience big virtue! Thus i wanted to share some of my latest uploads with you all, before my next submission and, i would really love to hear some... continue reading

Isn't it a great feeling when someone takes the time to write a helpful, supportive or event positive yet critical comment on an image you've taken? Not only does it generate a nice warm feeling that someone has taken the time to comment but also provides useful feedback to the photographer.Although I haven't received too many comments on images I know how great it can be when I do get it and will undertake to post a comment on 3 or more images every week in an effort to spread a little cheer... continue reading
How to make a custom feedback-loop effect for your Facebook Timeline CoverTonight, as I was wasting precious time on Facebook, I had an idea to make a really neat feedback-loop effect for my timeline cover image. Time for a quick statistics, after two years since my first image was accepted. As of today I have over 400 images online (401 to be correct), over 250 sales (254 exactly), and counting. As far as revenue, I made almost enough ($410) to cover for the purchase of my new lens (Tamron 18-270 PZD), which I love. Here's a few images taken with my new Tamron:In the meantime, thanks to Google image search engine, I was pleasantly surprised to find some of my images on line, all over... continue reading
I woke up this morning to find I had EIGHT sales since midnight when I went to bed.Four of them make me wonder if we are about to have some interesting news in Bend.A month or so ago the news story broke that the infamous D.B. Cooper might actually be buried right here in Bend, Oregon. On a lark I went over to the cemetery and photographed the cemetery entrance and the purported grave and uploaded them as editorial images….and there they sat, just in case the FBI verified the information.... continue reading
