Hello dear visitors and readers!I'm not a professional photographer. All photos exclusively of my daily life, they are not staged. Pictures do for myself, to remember and to admire them. I love substantive shoot, shoot those things and specials that surround me, which I like - mostly events of day- hike on the nature and restoration of antiques, vacation in a cozy atmosphere. I love nature, I love to cook original and tasty food, I love the rustic style in interior design, bath vacation, fishing... continue reading

Have you ever seen images in places so exotic, with subjects so amazing that you wish you could be in the photographer's shoes? Well guess what, you already are there! We've all experienced it - the "Photographer's Block" - that feeling that there is nothing to photograph! Well, how about a little trip, to the market? To be honest, I was never one for any street photography, as I am always hesitant in bringing the camera up to a stranger's face. So instead, I take pictures of the things... continue reading
I am asked these questions so often : So what are stock photos? What should I be shooting? What is most popular? What are designers looking for? What photos sell the best?Does it sound familiar, or maybe you too are asking the same questions.I did for a little while, but then I decided that rather than try and figure out what nobody seems to really know those answers to, I put the searching aside, grabbed my camera and just started living.Life sells folks. My portfolio... continue reading
Recently, a new selling of my photo taken in 3 years ago about gourd brought me a happiness and deeply thinking about the photography. The subject matter of the photo is a fat melon in the special figure. Somebody of my neighbour perhaps found its strange in shape as a swan and put it up on the elbow board of the stairway. Everybody of the neighbours passed had to see it. After they passed it, they all smiled or laughed every time in knowing. In those days, the gourd was bringing many unexpected... continue reading
A few days ago, someone asked about where to get inspiration. To me, there are a lot of places. I've been a DT buyer for 4 years...I haven't bought a lot -- about 120 images, mostly of which are used in a medical-type newsletter. I've used these 2 recently:Now that I'm trying to sell some of my stuff, I still need to think like a buyer. When I'm looking for images, I'm reading my articles and thinking: how can I best illustrate (blank). When you shoot, you need to think that way too: If I... continue reading
One of the biggest obstacles you have, when you want to develop your stock photograhpy portfolio, is model release from people you photograph.I found a solution, it may not fit everyone, and some may see it as exposing too much personal information, but for me it was quite simple. I photograph my family. My daughter and wife, are part of my online portfolio.First it's because I find them very photogenic and available models (after all we are living together). The second reason is, that obtaining... continue reading

Most photographers, I assume, attempt to go to the most exotic or spectacular places to photograph scenic landscapes and breathtaking vistas. But there are plenty of interesting things right in your back yard, (or front yard or field behind your house or woods across town.)Within 25 miles of my house, there are hundreds of places to explore, all on public lands. While at first glance it might seem mundane, a closer look will usually reveal surprises never before realized, like the unusual Onion-... continue reading
