It's hard to believe that it's been almost a ten years when I first saw a little yellow bird in my garden eating my Zinnia flowers. I had never seen this little bird before. He was bright yellow with a touch of black on his head and wings and I thought he was a Canary. I actually thought it was one of my neighbors Canaries and that it got out of its cage. Dahlias are my favorite flower.Most of my dahlia photos were photographed at The Dahlia Garden in Golden Gate Park on the grounds of the Conservatory of Flowers in San Francisco.
