Not long ago I had the pleasure of visiting Dubai and Abu Dhabi with my future wife. For a couple coming from Europe when you get there, as if you're entering a story, the Aladin story. Gold sands, cloudy blocks, luxury cars, strange (but good) food, buildings as spectacular and of course the contrast between the outfits. Men in white and black women. The mysterious women, hidden behind the black material and the makeup eyes with different vivid colors. I want to share this experience with you. My... continue reading

Gold Creek Pond is an ADA-accessible paved loop hike around a picturesque mountain pond atop Snoqualmie Pass. It is the perfect hike for small children, who can walk unassisted the whole route, for parents pushing strollers and for people in wheelchairs. It's also a good leg stretcher for folks who have been driving a long time and need a break.StatisticsRoundtrip1.0 milesElevation Gain10 ftHighest Point3000 ftIt's hard to believe, but in the 1970s and early 1980s this... continue reading
I will upgrade these same photos in Spring with a longer beard and photo in sun. I have some photos to show of the black, blue and gold shirt and with me with the styles beard I described and blond showed up good. I'm guessing there will a sunny day in March, or if not in May. So 2-4 months from now I can start to take other pictures. It may vary in the long comment I posted in my blog. If it grows so long, Nah I'll just trim it. So the four stages are the beard now. The beard in May.... continue reading

The quarries would destroy four mountain peaks and three villages out 16 in the municipality. But the biggest scare for rights activists and environmentalists is the... continue reading

Critics of microstock will tell you that the microstock business is a race to the bottom and a waste of time. And you know what? They're right! When microstock first began, it was a boom for those who got in early. Contributors were making tons of money mainly because there wasn't much competition. I would liken the early days of microstock to a gold rush. The lucky few who were there when the gold was discovered cashed in on easy money but the gold dried up as everyone else rushed in to stake... continue reading
