People always like photos with special angle. Certainly bird's-eye view is a very unique angle since only God has that perspective :-)1. Don't hesitate to buy a ticket to go up high. In many places, there are some top or high buildings that you could have the bird's view; but you have to buy a ticket to enter it and sometimes it is expensive. If you truly want to take some special photos you should pay for it, and it is worthy, the return will be good. I once visited Las Vegas,... continue reading

Beeing an architect student, i learned many different programs for 3D modeling and now i want to bring my knowledge in digital games. If you want to create a background for 2D games, you will not have problems, but 3D games are completely different! If you need to create 3D GAMES that allows the player unrestricted movement and makes them feel like they are in an unlimited 3D world, you need to learn to create 3D backgrounds, otherwise known as skyboxes. A new year always begins with new aspirations, new hopes, and new dreams... I am also feeling the same! :-)Towards the end of 2016, I am so happy to cross milestone of 300 uploads, and I am sharing a few of my abstract backgrounds with novel concept: Now, all above backgrounds are created by processing actual photographs of sky, captured while air travel. Below are the actual photographs, which themselves also can be used as background. Feeling like flying over bed... continue reading
So it hit the news this morning that the South African based company Steinhoff International is to take over the British discount store Poundland. They've settled on the figure of £597m, so a bit more than just £1 :)It's a bit weird that I decided to go out and shoot the local high street the other day and took a few editorial shots of shop signs. Poundland was one of the shops I decided to photograph. Here's the image (it's vertical so you'll have to click on it to... continue reading
I had a goal when I started to publish on Dreamstime. It was about three months ago it started, and now I have finally reached the goal of getting 100 images published. This goal has meant, according to myself a great trip in improving the photographic skills. It is very educational to read the forums and take the advice of those who approve (and not approve) the pictures. Of course other photographers tips also has meant a lot. If the buyers don’t find my pictures... continue reading
When I started in photography back in the mid 1990s we were all shooting film and film that was manufactured for higher light sensitivity caused the silver halide to clump together causing a phenomenon we termed "grainy." Some photographers actually liked the look produced by this high speed film and a whole art subculture was born around it.Even today, in what can be called the digital age, these same individuals still practice their craft with high speed film.Even though the "we love grain"... continue reading
Effective communication between members of a team , will be essential to address critical situations and find appropriate solutions to conflicts , experts say. In most companies high-risk tasks are executed, as activities related to work at height . However , in some... continue reading
Amid the dry scrublands of Central Oregon lie two engineered wetland oases - Mayfield Pond and Reynolds Pond. The source of water for these man-made reservoirs is the Deschutes River, some 12-20 miles away, via canals and ditches maintained by the Central Oregon Irrigation District. Both lie within the boundaries of the BLM (Bureau of Land Management) and are accessible to the public - for better or worse...Mayfield Pond is about halfway between Bend and Alfalfa, Oregon, accessible only... continue reading
As an east coast girl (USA), one of my very favorite places within a few hours driving distance to go play around for a day is New York City. There's no other place like it, I'm sure, and I have the most amazing time whenever I go there. It's been nearly a year since I last had the chance to get up there, and right now every fiber of my being is aching for a spare day and a good buddy free on the same day, to get our butts up to the "big apple".I'm sure many others can relate. One day soon, I'... continue reading
Macro photography is why I have started my photography seriously two years ago. World of insects, bugs, spiders. To be able to see such a small details of a small jumping spider, or a ladybug, butterfly, dragonfly or just a house fly, was very interresting to me, so I have decided to give myself a try with macro photography. For a while I was amazed with 1:1 standard macro magnification which you can get with every standard macro lens. But still there are some subjects that are just to... continue reading
