On my way from Split to Šibenik I spotted a breath-taking landscape. Colors and shapes in nature's most vivid form of Mediterranean. One could stop every two seconds and take pictures. However, there are some moment that are hard to explain, but prioritize in our attention as the significant ones and even though we don't quite know the reason, we are ready to stop and admire. This photo is one of such moments. The whole Adriatic coast is divine, and as you drive along the sea roads there... continue reading

I love all aspects of photography especially learning new things and challenging myself to create new images. When I first began in photography about 25 years ago, it was very difficult to change or alter what you captured.I shot mainly slide films for publishing.Pretty much what you shot is what you got. There were no second chances. When I first started selling stock photos, I was to a small degree, still in this same mindset.I mean, I would occasionally clone out a distracting branch... continue reading

As I wrote in my last blog, I'm the happy mother of a nice toddler. Some of you suggested me to upload and sell some pictures of my young boy. This could help me in improving my uploads and sells here on DT, because, as you can imagine, with my work and my son the time to dedicate to DT isn't so much. Then I had an idea, I would draw some illustrations about children. In few days I've upload two illustrations one with a young boy (maybe my son?) and one with a young girl!I want to dedicate these... continue reading

He told me he reviewed one of my images and from there, he keeps checking in to my portfolio just to see how I was progressing as a contributor. He said he was brought up in the city I was at that time based in,and just felt nostalgic as some of my works had places he spent his childhood days.He also commented on how most of my works at that time were not... continue reading

Do you ever get the feeling that your life is the only real life and that other people think that they are living a life but it is just a figment of their imagination and it only becomes real when they met you?Me neither, but ok, yes, I do sometimes but yesterday I saw some road work and it just hit me that I would never have imagined that arrangement of holes and barriers! I have an engineer friend who is very good at what he does. Every time we go into a building he automatically starts looking around. He doesn't even realize he does, it but he checks out the structure, heating ducts, everything you can see. Sometimes he makes comments like, isn't that strange the way they built that? But then I think how many times I look at something and in my head take a photo of it. Or I imagine adding a little side lighting or moving something around just a bit.So how about... continue reading
