Loud music playing in the car, chips crunching in someone’s mouth, chatter and the beautiful landscape. A recipe for you

Hello all. I just wanted to share with you one of my favourite recipes -pork madras curry- and some of my recently accepted photos of my version !Here goes. It is incredibly easy as you basically just have to throw all the ingredients into a pan ! Today is Diwali, festival of lights

We are celebrating Diwali in India. It's a festival of lights, gifts, sweets and happiness. Some people say it's Indian Halloween :) According to the myth the holy glow of the lamps keep the demons away!All the houses will be decorated with colorful lamps and candles at night. Kaziranga National Park stretches for about 50km along the south bank of the Brahmaputra River in Assam, North East India It covers some 472 sq km of the flood plain of this mighty river and is renowned as the main stronghold of the Indian One-Horned Rhinoceros. It is also famous as a bird hotspot, with almost 500 species recorded.
